Order processing
We prepare orders for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing time, available shipping methods, and applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery estimates
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the shipment is processed.

Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.
